About #2024jeBASCULE
Together to shift Parisian taxis towards zero-emission
Urban air and noise pollution is a critical public health and environmental emergency. The taxi sector in particular is the main polluter among passenger transport services, as it still mainly relies on combustion-powered vehicles (diesel, petrol or hybrid).
In this context, Hype backed by Paris 2024’s historic commitment, has launched the #2024jeBASCULE operation, a 6-month sprint to shift taxi customers, and in particular decision-makers, towards zero-emission, change on-demand transport habits for the long term and contribute to setting Paris as a reference in terms of air and noise pollution reduction in urban areas.
