Regarding the website www.hype.taxi, Hype uses generic cookies to monitor the website traffic and to retrieve anonymous data from Google Analytics.

In order to optimise the “customer experience” and its operations, Hype also processes personal data through its digital platform including booking and tracking modules.

Data collected by the digital platform and its purpose(s):

• First and last name allowing the identification of the customer or user.
• Email allowing to communicate key information such as account creation confirmation, order or order cancellation confirmations, receipts at the end of the race and information emails from Hype.
• Geo-location data when using Hype’s mobile applications to simplify ordering from the customer’s or user’s location.
• Order data from the booking modules (addresses, times, service levels, driver rating, payment method etc.) to optimise order management and address history to facilitate new orders

All data collected is hosted and processed in Europe. The data collected is only accessible to the Hype team for a maximum duration of 365 days.
